This was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Ted was my sales guy and Marc was my finance guy. They are great people to work with. I will definitely recommend them and would go back there.
Now a FORD family
Very bad service. Bought three cars and since the change over bad customer service. Tried to scam me. Listed a bunch of service issues, and one was rear pads and rotors! I just had them done last year at ohare honda and the guy never said oh we see in the system, pads are lifetime? also why are they bad already. He did not know or even assume they were done last year. They are the worst, will never go back there again!! do not go there for service. Also they never call back when you e mail them.
I have an extended warranty. My navigation is acting up and does not read the dvd disc. This dealer wanted to charge me 90 for diagnostic fee and will not cover if the disc was the problem. Last year they did not want to fix my 3rd gear even if there was a TSB. My extended warranty is useless. Never recommending this place to any one.
I think this place sucks, all dealers suck but the way they lie to your face, smile, and shake your hand....makes me sick. Buying the car was great, but its new and who doesn't like new things. But as far as servicing goes, that's a no no. They'll tell you everything's ok, then you get back in your car and its worse then ever. WARNING - EXPERT SCAM ARTISTS.
