The reason I'm giving 1 star is not because of the sales person. Czar was great. The reason for the 1 star is because the Sales Manager was horrible!!! He didn't even try working with us on the price. They wouldn't honor a prior commitment that they said they would. We will never go back to this dealer again. The sales Manager threw the paperwork that the Sales person gave him. If this is the type a people Hyundai is hiring to sell their cars i really feel sorry for them.

Where do I even begin? I had an amazing experience at Hyundai of Columbia. I worked with Antonio (Client Advisor), Matson (Finance) and Patrik (Management). I lost my prior vehicle to a really tragic car accident. The team at Hyundai was really delicate with me and my situation. I was at the dealership today ready to purchase and walk out with a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I had already made a deal over email with a sales person and when I got to the dealership, they wouldn’t honor that deal. From where we were seated, we were able to see the sales manager talking to our sales rep. By his body language alone, you could see Hyundai didn’t care a single bit about our business. I will say our latest experience with Joe Williams was a lot better than a year ago. He was so attentive to our needs and concerns. He got us into a better equipped vehicle at a lower interest rate. So it was overall a win win.

I worked with Adam, who made this the quickest and easiest process I could’ve imagined. I went in Thursday evening to meet him and drove away Friday morning in my new Hyundai Tuscan. He went above and beyond and was helpful with the entire process all the way down to switching cars insurance last minute. Tevis was a patient and knowledgeable salesman, I did not feel pressured to make a purchasing decision. I like my new car and appreciate Hyundai's 5 year/60,000 mile warranty with oil changes and tire rotations.
