Several months ago we took my Tucson in for a oil change and a recall repair. When it was in, they said that the transmission had a leak and would need a total replacement. I am the original owner and the transmission has a 100,000 mile 10 year warranty on it. At that time, I had less than 70,000 miles on a 7 year old car. So it should be under warranty. His years’ of experience were invaluable. Joe went above and beyond, providing all the information I needed, including answering off hours on his day “off”. He made me want to do business with him.
