I'm just about done with autonation, when I got my truck back in 2014 they pulled SIX hard inquires on my credit just to finance me through who I wanted to get financed through in the first place, this passed December they pulled another 5 hard inquires when I specifically told them what happened last time that I ONLY WANTED NAVY ARMY PULLED, they said okay and nope, they pulled Hyundai, chase, regions bank, Bank of America and navy army. 11 hard inquires is because of this place, you want your credit ruined go to this place... read more

Patricia helped me in the service department. she explained everything they were doing. k head a key fob made and she made sure it worked then assisted me to my cat. I have trouble walking.
