I had my car serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Agent, Daniel, was very helpful! The service was well done, it took a little longer than I expected with an appointment but the service was well done.
I bought a new 2025 Honda Civic hatchback in July of 2025. The sales person had another customer right behind me and mistakenly put a hatch back mat from a 4 door coupe in the hatchback that I bought. It does not fit correctly. I never use the hatchback so it went unnoticed for several months. I spoke to Jacob, the manager, on 2/7/2026 and he was going to check on this and let me know if I could come by and trade it out for the correct mat. I had a pleasant experience with the service team at Thornton Rd Honda Dealership.
Norman and Daniel went over and above the call of duty. They met my needs when I came in with a slow leak on two tires that were purchased from another dealership. The customer service is top tier. Hands down this is the best service department that I have ever encountered.
