Ram was great! He brought the car back to life and communicated every step of the way with any changes/updates. Would highly recommend Ram for any service department needs.
I am from out of town (so disadvantaged position) and needed a repair. They said they didn't have the part, and then they said they did. There was a charge on my bill that was listed as "miscellaneous" and I tried multiple times to get an explanation (emails and calls) and eventually went back to ask, and was told it was "shop charges." That said, they did fix the problem.
