Found a 2016 Kia ****** LX on Saturday had my husband call. I had an appointment 7/18/2022 at 1:20pm brought my 2015 Honda Accord to the Auto Nation Honda in Roseville Ca to do an oil change and for a noise check . Hours later the advisor ************************* came to me and said we are extremely busy and we have to change your spark plugs and that 3 coils were defective they had to change them . What a joke of a dealership this place is. I bought a used car back in April and have been harassed by them weekly since then claiming the finance company needs another **** with my name and address on it. They've been given several. I decided to even buy the extended warranty for peace of mind. The day she bought her car, on the way home, the tire pressure light went on. Prior to my wife and I buying this car, we were approved for a loan through USAA that should cover the amount for the car. Well, after up selling us, the loan was no longer enough. Instead of calling us to let us know we need to revise our loan, AutoNation decided to just give our loan over to CRB Auto. So now, even though it's before our first payment is due, it's too late to switch over to USAA without it being a re-finance loan which has a higher interest rate (you get a week FYI). Purchased a pre-owned vehicle and within 2 days and less than 120 miles the clutch went out and the backup camera fell off. Went back to AutoNation and spoke with Eddie Xiloj about returning the vehicle as part of their 5 day 250 mile return policy where he informed me that the car must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased. Absolutely atrocious business practice!! Not only have I been without a car for most of the last month, I’m unable to be given a rental until service departments can provide the warranty company with information and get it approved. So because of all the back and forth and plain waiting around for answers, I never even got that option either. Auto Nation Honda cheated us and have been the absolute WORST to deal with. After 3 years, I gave AutoNation Honda another chance when shopping for a plug-in hybrid. I ended up leasing with them after a little back and forth via email and text. I also sold them my 2015 4Runner, and they told me I should be receiving a check in 5-7 days (from the date of the sale: Sept 5th).
