I purchased a black 2023 Honda Sport from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would! I do not recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Read if you care about your hard-earned money! They only care about MONEY, not you, not the quality they produce, not the customer satisfaction your MONEY and if you're willing to give it up to them…. don't expect them to do anything for you in the future, unless you're the lowest maintenance customer out there that gives no craps. There is good reason this place is not registered with the BBB. Purchased my car new from them and purchased the extended warranty. Was not happy with the car, so I sold it to another dealership who gave me more cash than Autonation Lewisville offered. I called to get a refund for my extended warrantee 4 times over a week and a half period and could not get anyone on the phone or get a call back. I recently bought a 2011 Mazda CX-9 from them and about a week after I did this I was swarmed with scam calls. The ones about " We have been trying to contact you about you cars extended warranty" type calls. Originally I didn't think anything of it. Today however I received not one but two letters in the email about about my cars extended warranty. Here is the kicker. Both letters mention the exact car that I bought. A 2011 Mazda CX-9.
