There is good reason this place is not registered with the BBB. Purchased my car new from them and purchased the extended warranty. Was not happy with the car, so I sold it to another dealership who gave me more cash than Autonation Lewisville offered. I called to get a refund for my extended warrantee 4 times over a week and a half period and could not get anyone on the phone or get a call back. I recently bought a 2011 Mazda CX-9 from them and about a week after I did this I was swarmed with scam calls. The ones about " We have been trying to contact you about you cars extended warranty" type calls. Originally I didn't think anything of it.
