Most paperwork was done via email so less time wasted at dealer. didn't try to sell me a bunch of add on [emailprotected]!p after we arrived. helpful professional. vehicle was ready when we arrived and was the one we had arranged to purchase. when you live a distance from the dealership it is great to have everything go smooth as it did for us. accord I had a wonderful experience at Honda. David greeted me at the door, told him what I was looking for and the rest is history. pleased They were the only dealer from shopping around the entire Saturday that actually had the car I saw online at the same price as the internet. I enjoyed the fact that I did not even tell them that I found it online. They had it at the same 14,999. I looked on Kelley blue book it was about 500 more but that is expected. I appreciate not getting the run around or the back and forth game while trying to get the payment to where we needed. I am pleased to tell everyone I bought my car at Honda of Dulles.
