TUSTIN FORD = BAD BUSINESS VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MECHANICS. Their INCOMPETENT mechanic mis-diagnosed the main problem with my car. My car broke down one day after spending $225. I had to take it to H.B. where they correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. TUSTIN FORD SERVICE MANAGER REFUSES TO GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY BACK FOR HIS INCOMPETENT MECHANIC THAT DOESNT KNOW SH@T ABOUT FIXING CARS. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE ANYWHERE NEAR THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN
High Pressure I went with my sister when she was looking for a new car, and would not go back to Infiniti Tustin. We had a sales woman that was very, very high pressure, and really didn't listen to what we were saying. We weren't too impressed with the car either.
