I brought in my Eclipse here for a recall and to get the code for my radio which had accidentally been lost. They got me in the next day with no hassle at all and I found everything to be extremely organized and efficient. I had my car back a couple of hours later and they didn't even charge me for helping me out with the radio!
Crooks! I have been bringing Infiniti G37S 2008 to this dealership. My most recent visit will be my last. I brought my G37S because the muffler was not sounding correctly and the car needed an oil change. The service representative, first told me that I needed their 15,000 mile service, because my car is a lease, and the lease contract requires it. This is a most dishonest statement. Watch out for all three of these dealerships! Tustin, Anaheim, and Puente Hills Mitsubishi dealerships are owned by the same crooks. I've dealt with the owner because of a complaint to MMNA and all the guy ever does is lie. And as someone already posted, I was a victim of a bait and switch scam at Anaheim Mitsubishi. Great service I've brought my Infiniti here twice so far and am pleased with the service. Tom is a great help. As long as I have an appointment, service is quick and hassle-free. I expected a car wash, but I was pleasantly surprised that they vacuumed my dirty floor mats and made them look nice again.
Worst Customer Service. Do not trust GM Omar Ziaolhagh. In February 2005, I brought my SUV Endeavor'04 to Tustin Mitsubishi for oil change and new brakes. They racked my car and it took for them 2 attempts and 4 weeks to get it repaired. They would tell me every day that the car will be ready tomorrow but it was not happening. At the end I did not get my invoice for repair for 3 months, then I also found out that not only back of the car was damaged, but also the front. They never told me about the front. Opportunist! I bought a car from tustin mitsubishi, they gave me a car w/ a car accident history based on the bumper's overspray and bando plus alignment. They even have carfax report with a clear history. The car came w/ 1 key, but in the beggining they promised me a spare key. When I asked for the key they said that it doesn't come w/ a spare key.They said that I can't return the car, so I was forced to pay for the car that I'm not happy with.
