They were very informative on what was being done and what needed to be taken care. I was very pleased with the service.
Great experience! Professional Service Writers. Valet service came and picked up my truck and, when they finished, delivered it back home. The transmission was having problems shifting. My wife went on its first trip today and she said it’s shifting smoothly now. Thanks to all the mechanics there at AutoNation for fixing my truck.
Extended wait times regularly exceeding 2 hours even with an appointment, missed diagnostics, the wrong oil used after specifically requesting and paying for synthetic, and incomplete tire rotations (despite being included in the oil change package) highlight this dealership’s lack of care and attention to detail. To make matters worse, leadership is unresponsive to concerns or emails, leaving customers without accountability or resolution.
