There was a recall on my Ford EcoSport. It just so happened that I was leaving town for five days and I worked it out with Traci to drop off my car the day before I left. She kept in contact with me via text about when it would be ready. I was able to able to pick it up as soon as I got back in town. Not only did I have the best family vacation ever, but Traci worked everything out so I didn’t have to worry about my car.
Went to several dealerships and Autonation was easily the best experience. Jasmine was great and extremely helpful!
