Was a good experience from the greeting to Devan the service adviser and picked the car up at the promised time
Awesome service. Quick, easy, and fair. They even dropped off the car after the service right at our driveway, which is service like none other I’ve experienced. The bed liner that we just had done looks absolutely incredible. Thank you to Ryan and the service team at Autonation Ford Sanford!
DO NOT GO TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT I was having issues with my ford expedition with no pick up. A mechanic told me to replace my spark plugs and coil pack. Upon doing so I found 2 coil pack (1 on each bank) with the retaining bolts missing plus they took my locking lug nuts off and replacedit with what ever they wanted. I contacted Ford immediately.
