DO NOT GO TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT I was having issues with my ford expedition with no pick up. A mechanic told me to replace my spark plugs and coil pack. Upon doing so I found 2 coil pack (1 on each bank) with the retaining bolts missing plus they took my locking lug nuts off and replacedit with what ever they wanted. I contacted Ford immediately. Was able to get my car in same day for a battery replacement. They update you with pictures of progress. Didn't reset dash with my preferences, but Traci, my service advisor, took care of it for me. Top notch service, I highly recommend!
Sometimes you just want something just because. For a couple of years I've wanted a Ford pickup. After a week long of war of numbers, I got what I wanted. I learned though a lot. Ford (just my experience) offers the least amount of years in warranty. In my 1st 2 years had many issues. Notifications on front camera (collision sensor) failure. Remote Control failure. Lousy customer service. I returned a van months ago because they sold it adulterated and after 5 months the bank is still calling me because they have not returned anything.... I call the dealer and nobody does anything especially his hypocritical sales manager
