Stay away from this dealership Extremely horrible customer service I called day before to see availability for a oil change and to check the check engine light I informed them it’s a company truck and we would need it back by the end of the day Wednesday at the latest And then asked, is this doable before you made the appointment? My mother took her car to Landers Ford for diagnostic and TOLD the service man that her suv was jerking and hesitanting when she pressed on the gas. They missed diagnosed her car. And she had to pay for a part that was on her alternator that has nothing to do with the jerking or a hesitation. That was about $2500. When we tried to call and speak with the manager haven't gotten a call back about the situation or anything. They have blown us off. Like oh well.
My appointment at Landers Ford Memphis was Spectacular!! Daveyon "DQ" Qualls was on point with his Customer Service Skills and knowledge of Great Salesmanship!! My appointment was on April 1st!!! Everything went smoothly & I got my Dream Car!! Thank you DQ and Mr. Emmett! I will tell all my friends and I will definitely come back to Landers Ford Memphis again and again.
Emmit, the sales manager, is the most pushy and condescending salesman I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He should be thankful to my husband for being so cute and lovable, because if we hadn't been purchasing a car for him, I would have walked out the first time Emmit condescended to me (when I explained that we had already been approved for a loan through our credit union and did not need financing through the dealership.) I just got back to Texas with my new truck from Landers. The specific vehicle I wanted was fairly limited availability, and I shopped all around the country. Landers had the best deal for me, and Gabe seemed very thorough, thoughtful, and efficient. His manager, Ernie helped to reinforce why their deal was better than the others, and they were right.
