This was my first time actually buying a car, and DQ, Sidney, and the rest of the staff here were so down to earth and friendly. I felt like they heard our concerns and budget and responded realistically, instead of trying to haggle to make a sale that wouldn't fit our needs. They even helped me find a model of car that was 3 years newer than the one I had been looking at that fit better into my financial plan. Plus, they helped us even though it meant sticking around nearly 3 hours after closing. Great men!!

I took my vehicle in for a recall, I had to keep calling for a status because Heather never called to update us on the status of our vehicle. my vehicle spent 2 weeks there with LITTLE communication from the dealership. I had to keep calling and they always said they had no loaner vehicles available, promised to call me with a status, never would.
