These guys either don’t care or just don’t listen or both they tired to say I needed a new engine when all I really need was a fuel pump… SMH
Just shut it down man..... just shut it down!! Went to get parts they did not have. They didn't even have coolant!
My son was shopping for a used truck and I wasn't with him on the first visit and when he called me from ALM I was a bit concerned about his buying experience. So I went back with him the next day and got things worked out to our mutual satisfaction. So all in all I have to say I was pleased. Will post again after he's driven the vehicle for several months.
The service department here is very incompetent extremely. I’ve had two other certified mechanics tell me certain repairs need to be done to my vehicle that I purchased at that location. They are yet to explain to me how they missed these concerns during a pre-sale quality inspection. Do not buy here. I do not have your vehicle repair here
parts department doesn't tell you about their refund policies prior to purchase. claimed suspension bushings are special order and non refundable and spent 15 minutes arguing with them to get my money back. even managed to charge me a 'restocking fee' for an unused part that was bent out of the box anyway. parts staff work on commission. total scam business model.
