had an absolutely fantastic experience at ALM Ford! From the moment I arrived, my salesman, Jawaan Kingman, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help me adjust my seat and steering wheel so I could drive comfortably and feel confident on the road. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jacquie! I live about thirty miles away and was coming to visit my grandson, and she was kind enough to have my paperwork package Ready for me at the front desk
claimed suspension bushings are special order and non refundable and spent 15 minutes arguing with them to get my money back. even managed to charge me a 'restocking fee' for an unused part that was bent out of the box anyway. parts staff work on commission. total scam business model.
