The initial interaction with ***** was excellent. However, I will never walk inside that building again! AutoNation **** in Littleton presents a masterclass in incompetence and disregard for customer service. The nightmare began with a 90-minute delay in picking up my car for service, setting the tone for an odyssey of unprofessionalism. Despite their promise of a timely return, my vehicle wasn't ready for retrieval until 4:15 pm. WE had our truck in their shop for almost 5 months now. Diagnosis was it needs a new engine. We keep making follow up as to when it will be done . The service guy in-charge at first gave us a time frame that it will be about 3 months. We ask for a loaner but they wont provide us one saying that it is not covered with our warranty . We understand that but for the length of time that we don't have a car that is unacceptable. He even computed us that the company will spend around 15k if they give a loaner. How about us? My salesperson was good to work with and I was glad I was paired with him. However, I chose the salesperson I wanted to speak with and it was a very positive experience. Ali ***** in finance was extremely pushy and wouldn't listen to me, but we worked through it. It has been a couple of weeks since I purchased a vehicle from Autonation and now they are coming after me saying I owe them more money than I agreed to. They screwed me over. Added on an extra $7000 and also didn’t mention damages to the car. They tried to ignore me until I went in and talked with the manager. Please do not go to this dealership, they will rip you off and then try to ignore you till you give up on fixing anything. I’m going to return my car and get my money back.
