Made appointment for 10:30am to have car pickup from my residence, I called at 8:30am to confirm. At 11:30am, Nobody showed, nor text/call to notify me that someone is running late, or is coming at all. So I called again. But my call can only get through the reception lady, who can only rely the message. At 12ish, finally someone showed up.
