I took my F150 Lighting in for a recall on the lightbar. I was told there was nothing they could do because it had plastic clips that were appropriately applied. However the lightbar and associated wiring had water intrusion as the recall stated, and the wiring harness was so corroded my tailgate was opening and closing on its own and the accessory battery draining due to a low volt leak associated with the shorting wires. DO NOT BUY A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE FROM AUTONATION! This is a long overdue review and the final straw happened today when I pulled in to the service department to ask to get to the factory keyless entry door code from them. They wanted to charge me $115 to just plug into the car and figure out what the code is. It's important to note that I purchased the car from them back in 2017 and they never gave me the door code when I made the purchase.
