Overall...an okay experience. Our salesperson, Chandler, was great in working with us. We went in to purchase a vehicle on the last day of February. About half way through the purchase process, the finance manager told us that they "couldn't accept outside financing" on the last day of a month as they were "trying to close the books" and he tried to push us to apply for credit through the dealership. Good customer service
Thorough and prompt follow-through after their initial call. They even texted a photo of their vehicle for confirmation, before I travel to the metroplex to meet with them.
They lied about the vehicle, they also said that they would contact me back and never did. They are really not interested in selling, and in my opinion are not honest, nor reputable.
