Amtrack auto train broke something inside door so that could not open drivers door from inside had to open window and reach out to open door. Amtrack wanted a written repair amount. Took in got price sent to Amtrack got check. Called Auto Nation gave me date to bring in said they would order parts. When went in one part not in. Only negative was no call to tell me. They called when part came in fixed the car that same day and estimate price was right on nose. Overall experience was very good. Every one very nice
An auto accident, regardless who's fault it may be causes such anxiety, stress and time to take care of. I was hit recently and the other person's insurance co. sent me to Auto Nation. Gene M. was a great help. He made it easy, he kept me informed of what was happening, & when my car would be ready for pick up. I will say it was a good experience dealing with Auto Nation and Gene M.
