Wayne Huizenga invested in an Atlanta-based waste management company that later became Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Republic Industries, Inc. First of all I want to commend Victor .~ The one who answers the phone all the time and channels customers to everyone, he was extremely helpful and very pleasant so good job to Victor. And then I was transferred to Jan who did all the negotiating with Travelers my insurance carrier and was always on the phone with me , despite a couple of infractions such as part delays and building shutting down due to a gas leak he did however expedite everything is fast as he could. Horrible customer service I had to call the service guy constantly, never called me to update . Would never recommend them, always had me on speaker phone could barely hear him. Bad attitude.

Professional Knowledgeable Courteous and Excellent Service at a great price. Work was done quickly and I had my car back fast and you could never tell it had been repaired! Best Collision Repair Experience I have ever had!
Don't take your car here for collision repair. They are not good at communicating with customers about delays or updates. A year after the repair I had to go back because it wasn't done correctly and they now had to take the door apart to correct that problem. Three months after the second trip, the inside door release stopped working because the door wasn't put back together correctly.
I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a bumper that put on faulty to be replaced on my 2018 mustang . they have lied to me over and over again and no one returns your phone call . I need someone from corporate to return my call ! Renaldo did not order the proper parts and his manager Rene says he will correct things and keeps refusing my calls with no call back . horrible service
Walker was always so helpful and answered all my questions through a difficult time for me. I must say, everyone at the center was always very nice and kind.
