I had my car repaired here. They did a fantastic job. Jorge was awesome, he kept me informed and was extremely helpful. I will be going here again.
Not sure why they have bad reviews cause everyone there is actually very nice. Literally everyone, from the manager, the service advisor, the mechanics, everyone. They fixed my car pretty fast, I was able to drop off my rental car there and they returned the car for me. (To an enterprise they recommended) that was pretty convenient. I’m happy with the work…. Also I’ve learned that the process only keeps going smoothly IF I CALLED my insurance company and put pressure on them. Otherwise your looking at 3 months without a car
One of the worst mechanic experiences I've gone through. Had some body work to take care of from an accident. Rear bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. Car was turned in on Oct 2024, did not get the car back till March 2025. Throughout the entire time, I was hit with "delivery" issues, that delayed the card being fixed. Far exceeded my expectations. My truck looks new again!
The work itself was performed very cleanly, and the result met my expectations. However, the process unfortunately took longer than originally estimated. A major issue arose when the technicians removed the rear panel and worked inside the vehicle. They removed the third-row seatbelt but failed to reinstall it, leaving me to purchase a special tool and spend considerable time correcting the issue myself.
