“Neil was an absolute blessing! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. He updated me about the rental process, let me know when my car would be ready, and even checked in to see if I was happy with everything. Thanks to him, I got my car back in a timely manner with no stress. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service.
UPDATE: changing it to 3 stars since the shop did a much better job second time around. There are few spots where clear coat runoff is slightly visible or specks of dust trapped underneath physically protruding, as well as visible black specs under the clear coat. I’d expect better from a professional bodyshop, especially for $1800 for such a small panel. They did fix the issues with edges though, as they promised. We brought our Mercedes to Jorge to get fixed. He was very efficient and quick. He even dropped off our vehicle with Mercedes to do our routine maintenance after. Definitely would recommend using this collision center
