***************. Agreed to a price for my car and was assured the hour drive through traffic would result in the purchase of my car at the agreed upon price. I met with ******, and as I predicted would happen, he gave false information about my tires, which are still under warranty, and offered me $1000 less. Another hour drive home in traffic without a sale. Thank you, ****** and AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West for reminding me why salesmen and dealerships are not to be trusted, especially by women.

We give out an estimate to purchase based on the description of the vehicle. We let everyone know that there will be an inspection once we actually see the vehicle. Unfortunately, your car needs tires. Since that was not disclosed before you got here, we had to deduct for that.
I highly recommend not purchasing a used vehicle from this well known car dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them at the end of January *********************************************************************************************************** stranded. A week later the vehicle was repaired at the dealership service department. Leaving me no room to return the vehicle due to this issue and stuck in a loan that I did not need. We certainly hope that all of our pre-owned vehicle don't have any problems. Unfortunately, 12 year old vehicles sometimes do. In this instance you have not had to pay one dollar extra after the purchase. Everything has been covered by the extended service contract or us. No one tricked you. We do not cross out any information on contracts. We also provided transportation for you when your car was in the shop. Feel free to come in or call if you would like to discuss trading or selling the vehicle.
I purchased a jeep wrangler and was offered an extended vehicle warranty for ***** dollars for 7 years . Do not buy this mopar warranty its a scam. I no longer have the vehicle for almost a year and I am still fighting with them for my refund check!!! That are gonna keep your money , as a matter fact dont buy a jeep period or a Chrysler , they offer the warranty because their vehicles **** and break quick . Total scam

This dealership is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The sales guy *************************** and manager **** treated me and my daughter like trash on the street. We purchased a ***** Malibu on 04/21/2022. The test drive showed that the ** was having trouble working and the tire pressure light was on. The car was filthy on the inside as well. I bought my car on 12/10/21. I took my car in for repairs on 12/22/21 after noticing transmission issues (it had to be replaced). I got my car back on 1/29 with a leaking transmission and non-functioning AC (service said it was fixed). I bought the car for $17,930 and AutoNation bought it back for $15,500 because my car wasn't 'worth' the $17,000 I paid. I will never buy a jeep or deal with AutoNation again. AutoNation West sold me a 2020 jeep gladiator which only made it 10 months and **** miles before suffering from a debilitating clutch failure. I was without a vehicle for 2 months while still making very high payments. it completely ruined my summer, I was unable to make recreational plans for offroading and camping which was THE WHOLE REASON FOR BUYING A JEEP. do not EVER go to Jeep West for service! Service team is -5*. Had my vehicle for 5 days before they even pulled it into the bay. Then they had to order a part (drag link) so they pulled it out of the bay instead of getting the rest of the work done (steering box TSB replacement)!List of repairs to be done that they stopped to have a part overnighted... rear main seal, steering box, drag link, head gasket seal. Two days of repairs stopped until the drag link, which is a 30 minute replacement, was received.
I purchased a vehicle July 2019 and the next day the vehicle wouldn't start after no more than 500 miles of driving it needed a new battery. After requesting a copy of my contract five times (four in writing), it's now 2021 and I have not been mailed a copy of my purchase contract. Further more, the dealership failed to register my vehicle as verbally promised. 1/2 a star would be accurate. I bought my Mazda there about a year ago. They supposedly do a 120 point inspection (possibly more), but after about a month of having the car I heard strange noises from one of the tires. Took me bringing it in to a tire shop for them to tell me I'm lucky I made it safely due to the loose lugs on my tire (meaning the tire was about to fall off)....there were sensors that they (AutoNation) would not fix for me as well.
