Recommendedfirst thing I wish I could give autonation chrysler jeep broadway 10 stars . I have taken my jeep to them and they do a amazing job every time. I had a notice that was driving me and my family crazy and the tech found it right away and fixed it. we couldn't be more thankful for this . this service dealership is a little over a hour from my house but worth the drive for sure. thank you autonation service crew.

I just bought a car from here and they made they experience so easy and hassle free. It was right when the stay at home happened so they delivered my car to me. Bachir was amazing to work with and answered all my questions.
I brought my car in at 11 for service. They told me that they would probably need it overnight to figure out what was wrong. They called me back by 4 with the problem. They also pinpointed some other areas of concern. I’m very pleased with their service and great communication. I will now always go to them for my service needs.
Alexis Orr, Sales Representative did an outstanding job selling me my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She was knowledgable, professional, courteous and followed up on every question I had. Patrick, IT Manager also did an excellent job in explaining all of the many features of my new vehicle. He did it in a way which was easy to understand. In addition he gave me his card and encouraged me to call or stop in at anytime if I have additional questions.
We just bought a new Jeep and our salesman Jesus made the process run so smoothly! Not only that we were in and out of there in no time flat! Jesus you ROCK!
As ususal, helpful, on time and completed service as requested
Service department needs more staff or more training. Had to wait 25 minutes for them to find someone who could bring our car up to the front after it was “ready”. This is not the first bad experience. We have a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee and will be looking for another place to get them serviced.
