Honestly avoid this dealership if you don’t want to deal with a horribly rude sales manager after my husband was being really respectful and was having a simple conversation to see what could be done with our deal( since my husband works at a different dealership)! But so relieved I didn’t give this dealership my business again and was able to go else where and obtain the same car I went in this dealership for at a different dealership and very helpful and respectful one instead! I had one of the best experience ever. Amber Mobley gave me the best experience I have ever had in any dealership. She not only told me what was wrong with my vehicle. Also told me about all the benefits I had. Was able to replace my tire without having to pay anything. Now that’s what I call great customer service. Stay away! This dealership is so incompetent it's not even funny! I drove 3 hours to make this deal, was already funded through my bank. Edwin swore up and down I would get a tax credit on my trade. I told him I didn't think that was so, so he checked with his finance manager that confirmed I would. Almost a month later I get a call that they need another $1300 to register my vehicle. Crooks, thugs, rude, unprofessional and all the above. Just read all the negative comments on Auto Nation Corp website. They will screw you if you let them. They’re parasite. They tried to sell me a vehicle at a very high interest rate through their financing. I told them to get my car that I was trading in and the salesman says hold on. He then tries another bank and come back with a 3% rate. Should have done that the first time. Just rogue. The service department is no better.
