Go Elsewhere--High Pressure, Shady Tactics We bought our Dodge van at Dodge of Bellevue, but it was not without problems. I would not recommend this business, nor would I ever go back here. The only reason we completed our transaction, was because they had already gotten rid of our trade-in. Long wait I almost bought a van from this dealer once. I thought the process took a lot longer than it should have and we didn't even end up purchasing the van due to credit problems. I wish they would have not eaten up 2-3 hours of my time if they knew the credit issues were going to be a problem in the first place.
Better to avoid For a product like a car, I believe there is a lot of value that they should be giving to a potential customer. Very basic customer service, not such a good looking place and people inside don't care so much on what is happening around with new customers getting in. I went for enquiring and came back quickly since I did not see any one interested in paying attention.
