Excellent service from the beginning. Ivan Valdés was awesome, as was the sales manager. No high-pressure sales techniques or being talked down to, not to mention not adding several thousand dollars to the advertised price and saying you don’t qualify for that. I will only shop with AutoNation from now on, all the other big dealers are full of bait and switch tactics. I cannot recommend all the staff we dealt with at AutoNation more highly, A+ experience!
