Terrible Terrible Service Department. My car has been with them since Nov.22 and is still there today. I called Service to get some information on the status of my car and I get Zero. No one available to talk to me according to the service receptionist. I call for and to the Service Director and I have not received a return call.
I traded in my car, I picked a used car I really liked then they switched cars on me, please make sure you are not you are not you are not tired, in pain, or recovering from anything, be alert, I trusted them and got screwed over. Promises were made, broken, go over everything and if they tell you your car is in detail make sure it's the one you picked out, missing features because they were upset I didn't want to take advantage of a friend wanting to assist with a down payment on a new car.
