My service advisor Nikeo Garcia was excellent, he kept me informed all the way of my 4 hour wait, he offered me a ride home, which I declined.
Always great service by the service and sales professionals at AutoNation West in Amarillo TX. If it’s not right they will make it right!
Nikeo was courteous and kept me informed. But, I've never taken my car somewhere it had to get in line to be seen by the technician in possibly two days. Then the service itself was another 3-4 days after that.
Coby is great. He always takes great care of me. He’s very professional and knowledgeable on everything.
