Nikeo was courteous and kept me informed. But, I've never taken my car somewhere it had to get in line to be seen by the technician in possibly two days. Then the service itself was another 3-4 days after that.
Coby is great. He always takes great care of me. He’s very professional and knowledgeable on everything.
The window regulator went out, and they called me up and said if I was going to replace them it would be 1200$. Instead, I didn't get the part fixed with them. I just bought one for the window where it had a 1cm gap between the seal, which was my main issue. I replaced it at home and guess what it did not work their diagnosis was completely wrong. After doing a bit of research, I found out it was an electrical problem that I was able to fix for $20. So my advice is if you have a car and it has an issue get a diagnostic. Find... read more
