Brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change. I was handed a sheet of paper with suggested maintenance totaling $1100. Thought it was strange as it was just handed to me with no explanation. When I picked up the vehicle it was much dirtier than when I left it, both inside and out. I’ve never had a vehicle serviced without them using paper floor mat covers or some sort of protection on the floors. Won’t be returning here for service or to buy next vehicle.
I had a great experience with my new 26 lease. My salesman, Ray, was very helpful, friendly and competent. He did my 2023 lease, Tyler is an excellent overall manager who put things all together in a neat package. While I was there at least three other salesmen asked me if they could get me a coffee or water. This is a great team. .
