I was looking for a specific late model Sierra 2500 Sierra Ultimate to buy and close quickly (The same day) this past Saturday, December 27th, 2025. This dealership was the most transparent and upfront dealership that I have ever dealt with. I asked for an out the door price and received it. And when we said yes it didn't change no extras or hidden add ons to surprise us. Special Thanks to Justin Sandbach my salesman and Micheal Minner the finance manager that we dealt with. Great job. We left feeling great about the service and the deal.
Justin Sandbach was fantastic to work with. I didn't buy because I wanted to check 1 other vehicle at another lot. Boy was the other dealership horrible. If this vehicle is still available I would like to give Justin my Business.

See additional note from Fayetteville store. 2 different figures given from same team. Moved on to different deal in another city. Clarity no good in why one group ( same deal ship - Crain) offered 70000 and other group offered 67500. Confused as finest!!! Bought at another dealership and was proffered 2 k more. Hopefully future customers will have better experience than i did. Nice people overall in personality. but the figures blew it out as a NON MATCH for my trade at same dealer??? Go figure??? WHY ???
Truck is way overpriced and everything I told the dealer about comparisons to a similar truck was ignored. Dealer claimed the camper shell is worth $5k so that’s why the price is so much. Yet probably told the original owner the shell didn’t add value to the vehicle. Glad I didn’t give my money to these guys.
