This is the absolute worst customer service and deceit fueled business I have ever encountered. What a joke I would suggest you just keep driving passed all of the auto nation dealers and find a company with a desire to be honest and take care of their clients. I have been jerked around by these clowns at every possible chance they get.
On October 16, 2018, my wife and I went to GMC AutoNation in Golden to buy a used truck. Tia Cisneros, Sales Representative was outstanding to work with, and helped us in the purchase a used truck. My wife and I brought in a pre-approved letter from our financial institution and RJ, Finance Manager told us he might be able to get us a better APR on our loan. I have always hated buying car because of all the hassle !!! Tiny and the crew made our experience so carefree. No pressure, no “ I have to talk to the Manager” to seal the deal!!!!!!!! I would recommend Autonation Buick to anyone. AND I LOVE my Buick�
NEVER, EVER AGAIN! AutoNation Buick GMC West is dishonest, unethical and provides terrible customer service! After agreeing on a car and the pricing, they lied to us and said the car was SOLD when in fact it was NOT!! I have rock solid proof!!! General Manager, Dennis O'Connor is unresponsive to my messages and expression of dissatisfaction so here is the negative feedback I promised you and AutoNation. Save yourself some wasted time, energy and brain cells and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to purchase your vehicle!!!! I did.
The service department is top notch here. We broke down while traveling home and had our vehicle towed here for service. Amanda handled everything perfectly in a stressful situation for our family. It is employees like her that make a business successful. Keep up the great work Amanda!
They are doing a great job with my maintenance work
The car is fine but the attempt by sales reps to upsell was pathetic. A less experienced car buyer would have been taken in by the addition of such things as theft insurance, processing fees(after they were included in the original price), extended warranty, adding in sales tax and an attempt to trick me into financing through them. I came very close to walking away from the deal. Only an intervention from the manager saved the deal. Buyer Beware!!!!
