I bought a car June 5th I was less than a mile off the lot when my check engine light came on I called Skyler and Joe about it they told me to come back and they would look at it they set up the system to look at what the code was showing and it was a p171 which is a vacuum seal issue so they told me they couldn't do anything cuz the service Bay was closed and told me to come in on Monday and they would take care of it. they had my car for over a month. I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced this morning with Steve Sanchez the service manager. Apparently after letting go of some of the most awesome advisors, they no longer believe in courtesy when receiving customers. As of today this location has lost my business for life. I am considering a full on brand change after my experience this morning.
Have you ever been shafted this bad? I really didnt want to post a bad review, but I bought a vehicle here about a year ago, ever since then it has been a nightmare. I bought a brand new 2019 Sierra Denali 3500, at first it was awesome, then I started to notice the paint peeling on the front bumper, after further review we found out that the truck was in some kind of accident, which probably explains why it needed and alignment right after I bought it. I have dealt with them now for 3 weeks..First it took a week to do paperwork, than after 24 hours of driving a 2018 10,000 mile vehicle is just stopped and the battery wouldn't stay charged and unfortunately had to be towed to another auto nations service department due to warranty. It has been now 2 weeks and the part is not even in. Have to say the Jeep Auto nation Service Department is real nice. This dealership is outstanding. I shopped around quite a bit over the past year and the respect I was shown here blows the competition out of the water. They now have a loyal customer in me.
I called auto nation and spoke to the service department on August 15th about the engine light problem with our terrain I explained that we were from out of town and we had a engine light that was on and we were unable to resolve the problem. I ask them if they could help us. The service person said yes they could help us on Tuesday August 20th the one question she ask was the car drive-able.
