This is a chop shop selling lemons. Horrible customer service and horrible managers. Don’t buy anything from this place or get anything serviced here. Waste of time and money.
Recently purchased at this dealership. I like the car had a good experience up to the purchase time, however they have yet to deliver a tax credit form needed for filing my taxes. It has been over twelve days and numerous promises to deliver it. It is required to be delivered the same day as the sale. I am curious if something is wrong with AutoNation. Does anyone know if they are having difficulties or is it the norm for AutoNation to lack integrity.
Just purchased my third vehicle from the location I’m a 3 year span. I shop hard and negotiate aggressively. They consistently out bid and out perform every other GM dealer in town. I worked with Yami for my purchase and she watched my three kids while I signed paperwork. They have great inventory and are willing to fight to earn your deal.
