Brandon and his team were great. Everything was ready for to go for me and my oil change. They asked all the right questions asked about my check engine light searched troubleshoot. It reviewed and gave me feedback in pricing.
Very friendly and professional staff. However, the best part is that was he said that they were going to do. They actually did in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Edit: changed from 5 to 3 stars because they haven’t replied to a single email I’ve sent despite multiple follow ups. I will not be doing business here in the future. My emails are simple questions and simple requests.
I inquired about a GMC Hummer over a week ago through their Online Sales channel. Cody called me to discuss lease terms and promised to follow up with details. It has been more than a week since that call, and I haven't heard a single word back. I have reached out multiple times through their online portal, but each time i am promised that someone will call me back, but till date, no calls/emails/messages.
