Auto Nation Buick GMC West service department was great. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were quicker than I was informed.
I am giving this a two-star rating solely because l am happy with the truck I purchased. Unfortunately, the sales and finance process was incredibly frustrating. My experience started with a salesperson who lacked basic knowledge about the vehicle. I switched to a different salesperson who was more competent but engaged in dishonest sales tactics-specifically, pushing "required" warranties that | later had to dispute and remove.
