The first time I got an oil change everything was great. On May 25, 2016 at 1:45 pm my husband James took the car in for another oil change. This time the technician left the oil cap off. We traveled 305 mile to North Carolina and back to Laurel Maryland. We smelled gas every time we stopped. Didn't realize it was the oil cap until my husband decided to look under the hood this morning. I need another oil change. Closed toed but I will see you tomorrow.
Everyone was polite, professional and courteous. They listened to what I wanted in a car, the features, color, etc., as well as what I could afford and the warranty protection I wanted. They went out of their way to make me happy. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have bought (and the 4th serviced) with this dealership, starting back in the 1990's.

They really make an effort to get you approved The sales rep are not pushy
Car price was good but 6 months after purchasing we still don't have tags as they lost paperwork and lied over and over again that it's being worked. Avoid buying here!
