Nia is fantastic. Kept me in the loop on all the service needs for my 2010 Terrain. When the service was going to take more than one day she called to let me know why. Called and explained all the charges to my satisfaction. She even knew that I was going to cutting it close to closing time for pickup and stayed with cashier. They both were fantastic. I recently upgraded my 2010 Buick Enclave to the new 2017 Buick Envision. My kids are pretty much grown except for one and I no longer require the third row. The Envision has all of the accomodations of the Enclave, if not more. The service was excellent! As a previous buyer, I was already in the system and all I had to do was select the car I wanted and I was in and out wit minimal disruption to my day. Thanks Ray, you were awesome. We over the years have brought several vehicles from them and have seen the best service men and women to leave. Our children are now currently customers and the service is foul. I when in for service and my vehicle was filthy with black grease and two hours for a oil change and tire rotation and on top of that recommendation for a service that my vehicle doesn't have that part.
