I'm disappointed. I just got my car aligned and when the car was being lowered off the lift, the back of the car slid off so the back tires were hanging off! They forgot to unlock the front pins on the lift so only the back lowered. This caused there to be some body damage right in front of the left rear tire. Nothing was offered to fix their accident and damage.

This is a closeup of a rocker panel seam facing down under the car and can't be seen at all unless your lying down and looking under the car. Again I gave him a number of h q autobody and told him if he wanted it fixed to take it there and I would pay for it. Not that he would even bother charging me for something like that. But he did not because its such a rediculously small dent in the bottom edge of a rocker panel seam the body shop might laugh at him.
Always a great job at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.
