I don't have the words to express how awesome this shop is. These guys know what they're doing, and they fix things right, the first time. Don and his crew went way beyond what they needed to do to get us back on the road quickly and safely and at the best price possible, communicating with us at each step so we were never in the dark. They have definitely earned our repeat business and I'll be sending everyone I know to them from now on!
I was looking for a Saturn mechanic. I located this company from google. I called them and the were so friendly and they could fix my fuel pump problems. I had my car towed there. I never personally met with them till it was complete.. the customer service was AWESOME.. they communicated with me every step. They also found the problem codes I had cleared and let go. Don and his crew are honest and have a high level of expertise. I was encouraged to come and look at the repairs in progress. I was allowed to take pictures. The repairs were completed within the estimated amount and were done right. I feel that they went above and beyond to get our van working properly. This is where my family will take our vehicles for repairs from now on.
These guys are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and convenient. We brought our Expedition in thinking the damage was more but they got it running perfect in less time and $$. They really went out of their way for us and would recommend to anyone.
