I went there today to drop off a transmission for my work in progress truck lol. Don and his whole staff are absolutely top knotch! I've been wrenching for 20 yrs and this guy blew me away with his organic knowledge of transmissions and I can tell my truck is in good hands. This is the only thing I have ever had someone else do and I cant WAIT to see the results!
Don and his team worked on rebuilding the transmission on my 79 Camaro. Awesome work and it runs like a champion.

I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to A.T.E.C. I have had the worst experience I have ever had getting a vehicle repaired. There is so many things that have been wrong with my Jeep, it is jaw dropping! Over $13,000. Yep that's $13,000 thousand ....if you would like details ...I have details and Pics! NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE! The experience that I have had is right out of a horror movie! OVER $13,000 of a nightmare! I had gone to Don to have transmission fixed Nov . 2015. Don rebuilt transmission. I still am not satisfied with transmission...it has exact same problem as it did, when I took it in. Don, (owner) said there is/was a 3 year warranty . My sons were on vacation when they started having trouble. They were in Denver and I was in Fort Worth. After hours of back and forth on what to, Don reassured me he would take care of the problem and my children. They did a great job and pointed out what my mechanic did wrong to cause the problems. Thank you for putting my mind at ease being so far away and taking care of what need to be done. I can not say thank you enough.
I had both my work trucks in for transmission services and oil leaks. Don and his crew took care of my main work truck first repairing the transmission ,oil leaks and some exhaust issues . Then i brought in my 2nd work truck and had the repairs done to it transmission oil leaks etc . Another shop had worked on these and had done more harm than good .
