BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS! They promise to make you thousands of dollars every month by assigning you a coach who talks to you via zoom for 30 minutes a week who just goes over our numbers and tells us we're doing great and asks if we're proud of ourselves. Their program is 4 YEARS which we were weary on but Carl sold us by saying we could opt out in 6 months if we were not satisfied which was the only reason we ended up signing up. These guys are pure scammers. They prey on struggling small businesses by selling a very expensive plan that is supposed to work in every business. When your customers and employees leave you because of the practices all your left with is an expensive bill and a consultant that wont call back. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT let them "help" you with your business

In 2019, a salesman named Clint called me over 10 times trying to get me to get me to sign up for this automotive business owner’s class. After finally wearing me down, I agreed. $150 to possibly learn something new did not sound like a choice that could hurt me. I could not have been more wrong. Worst decision we made with our business. We asked before signing if we could cancel at any time and was told yes. Our coach continually told us we needed to do more marketing, but never gave us anymore directions. I did my own research on marketing. It got to the point that our coach was telling his others clients to follow us, watch what we were doing and just copy what we did. No return on investment as promised. Not willing to terminate contract. Joining ATI Was the single worst business decision I have made in nearly 30 years of operating my body shop. I was promised a 2 to 1 return on my investment by month 2. ATI claim they can turn your shop around with their proven tactics and secrets. I would certainly entertain the thoughts of a class action suit and have actually thought about going that route. After getting suckered into a deceptive contract and $1400 a month for a couple years all they kept saying was "raise your prices, raise your prices" we did, and started losing long time customers. Actually had to hire an attorney to fight and be released from the contract (at a discounted price).
