I recently had my car serviced here for a replacement of my alternator, timing belt, oil change, and water pump (I had a lot wrong with my car). They were able to order the parts ASAP and start working on my car that day. They got car done very quickly and efficiently. All staff members are extremely professional, knowledgeable, communicative, transparent, and patient. They do not overcharge for their services and they do not try to convince you into doing more stuff to your car that’s not needed. Everyone made the process s... read more

I had a fantastic experience bringing my truck into 5th Gear Automotive. Ben and the entire staff are professional, transparent, and clearly experts at what they do. What really sets them apart is their inspection process. I was incredibly impressed by the detailed report they provided, which included clear pictures of exactly what they were looking at. It takes the guesswork out of auto repair when you can actually see the condition of the parts for yourself. I also truly appreciated how they prioritized the services and re... read more

Extremely nice staff, very transparent in their work. I took my GMC in after experience a minor issue. They did a thorough check, could not find anything wrong. Didn't load me up with a lot of repairs that I didn't need. They were very honest which is so unusual nowadays. Highly recommend for your automotive needs. I'll be back for new tires in a couple weeks!

I highly recommend Automotive Specialist Inc. Mike was very friendly and honest. He explained everything well and I felt comfortable asking questions. The work was done quickly and effectively. I’m very satisfied with the repair of my Honda pilot. And most of all for the honesty.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved Nissan 370z roadster to Automotive Specialists for a critical repair to the convertible top. I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Mike and Bill agreed to take on this project after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They took the time to work the problem and thoroughly inspect my Z. They studied the paperwork I provided to them to assist with repairs. Mike and Bill provided weekly updates every step of the way. Their attenti... read more
