I own a classic 1972 CJ 5 JEEP. If you know anything about CJ's, there are no two alike. Especially the intermediate years between 1972-1975. I asked for an audio system to be installed. What we thought would be simple turned into a 100% custom job due to fitment issues. (millions of parts for 1976 and up, but try earlier). Went there for a REMOTE STARTER..... I WOULD STAY AWAY! My opinion: if you only need to put air in your tires I still would not trust them!!!!! I would Stay Away!!!!!! I believe you will only be wasting your time and money and possibly your cars warranty. I am exceptionally pleased with the remote start that I just got installed at ASAP. The sales man accommodated all my needs when I explained what I was looking for and they were able to accommodate my schedule with the installation. To top it off then the installer took the time to explain into detail how to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful I'm even planning on going back for HID's...I would recommend them to all my friends.

Talk about service! I purchased a Living Social coupon to have remote starts installed as a surprise gift for my parents' anniversary. They explained up front due to the make of their cars, it would be a little more work with an unavoidable fee (which still ended up being about $300 less than the dealership and local competition). They got me right in and both cars were ready in time for the party that weekend. My husband and I are now treating ourselves to the same deal, A+++ for ASAP and their staff.

What great service I got. I went to best buy but the geek was trying to push me in some off brand nav unit. I asked simple questions, and the GEEK, told me no reliable information. With Car Stereo shops few and far between today, I found a place called ASAP (auto sound and protection), in conshohocken. While I was there, they were outfitting some fire truck with a lights and sirens, doing performance package on a Dodge Challenger, putting a lift kit on a picking up truck and adding a roll bar, by far this place looks like it... read more

I took the advice of a co-worker and stopped into ASAP for a quote on a remote start. What girl wants to run out in the freezing rain to warm her car up ruining fresh make up and flat ironed locks? As if! The lovely young lady at the counter was knowledgeable and professional, and the owner even fit me in to have the installation complete the next day (I dropped it off on my lunch break and it was done before 5pm). Absolute slimeballs. Got a coupon as a gift through Amazon Local for a remote start from them. Was really excited to get it installed, but the problems started day one. I tried calling for weeks; no answer on the phone, ever. No answering machine, no nothing - it just rang indefinitely. 3 for 3 – I took my Corvette to ASAP for a head unit with nav and custom sound system. This was a tough job because the rear hatch is small and I would still need enough room to store the roof when removed. ASAP built a custom setup with the amps and subs perfectly placed and finished the look by carpeting to match the rear. The roof fits beautifully in the hatch and is not impeded at all.
