Never had a chance to use this business now when I have an issue with my car I can't get ahold of them. The call cannot be completed as dialed is what I get. I fell for the scam. Oh well shame on me. Super disappointed because I need to get my car up and running and the automotive service center through Mepco isn't responding. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Don’t waste your time They just get you for your money it’s a scam and very very bad customer service You can’t even speak with a real person in charge .
This is an auto warranty scam. Do not answer their calls. They use switch numbers to call to pretend to be from your state.
Just another extended warranty scam, glad i read reviews while i was on the phone with them. They call you from a number in your area so it doesnt appear as scam or a telemarketer then transfer you over to another line where they try to scam you with a “specialist.” The service is way too good to be true anyways. paying 180 a month to have coverage for parts and labor and be able to drive out of the dealership in a rental. Do NOT trust this company. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to get your money but do not keep their word. For example, I had 4 year warranty with them, I was told that my warranty could transfer. But when I went to transfer my warranty, I was told sorry we don't do that. But they continued to bill me for services they were not rendering. When I called back about the billing, they asked if I wanted to transfer my policy to a new vehicle - but then said sorry you canceled your policy. Meanwhile, my account is paid ... read more
