Always helpful, fair and honest. They always do a great job of explaining what’s going on with our vehicle.
They always go above and beyond! My VW came back from the dealership with more problems than it went with. I took it into Procare and Alex and Colin fixed it right up. It’s an older car and I just want to keep it running with nothing extra. They never pressure me into fixes I don’t want. I’ll continue to bring my cars here. It’s good to have trusted mechanics.
Called for a oil change they got me right in very friendly and Courteous good prices love they do a overall check of my vehicle informed me of some issues even texted me the report so I could see online with pictures of the issue I highly recommend these guys

Great customer service! Love that you get updates on the phone even showing how things look. You feel like there is a lot of attention to detail and everything gets explained nicely so you know what options you have. Fair pricing and repair times as well. Only place I use.

They helped me on a cold Thursday morning during the polar vortex. My car battery died and they came and tried to jump it but to no luck. communication was very clear, answered all my questions, arranged all the details for getting my car towed and into the shop, replacing car battery, checking on the vehicle, doing oil change after over a year since I last brought my car in for oil change and returned my car to me in working order. Great service and would definitely recommend!
