They have been extremely helpful and kind with the problems that I was having with my Jeep! They fixed a concern that I had without a problem at all. I was frustrated but with the vehicle and not their service! I believe they are very honest and up front!!!!
This is probably the worst shop I have taken my mustang to. I had went in and told them i specifically wanted my timing chain redone, and they had found the cheapest timing chain kit online which is about $100 and didn’t come with all the timing chain components. Which i had asked if they were gonna use genuine OEM parts because what i had on there was aftermarket. So they decide to charge me $700 for that $100 aftermarket kit and 1100 for labor. I had such a positive experience here. Although the issue with my vehicle was ultimately something that had to be taken care of by the dealership; Alex, the technician was thorough in his diagnosis. He made sure to have my husband and I come in he and explained step by step what he encountered on his end. He brought out his scanner, provided codes and printed out copies for us to keep.
