Bill Is reliable, flexible, and always willing to take time to explain to those of us who are "car illiterate." We have taken all three of our cars to him and have always been completely happy with his work. Bill takes great care of our cars and makes sure we take good care of them, too.
Automotive Perfection combines technical expertise with excellent customer service. They keep you updated, at least daily, at how your repairs are going, and go above and beyond to properly diagnose and solve the issues. No cut corners and they do not "throw parts at the problem," but instead do the hard work and troubleshoot properly. I would recommend their services to anybody.
They know you and your car. That's important to me. I called them this morning before leaving town on a long road trip in 36 hrs and Beth said, "Come on over." I had concerns about my tires. They helped me on the spot and made sure my vehicle was safe; and I was reassured my family and I would be as well!
People and service are great. A bit overpriced, but hopefully the parts last a little longer than others.
The only place I'll trust to fix my Volvo !! They were great, fast, and not too expensive!
Had appt. They were not ready for my car. I said I was going to get something to eat while waiting. They suggested a restaurant 1/2 mi. away. I went across the st. Came back 1 hr. later. Car still in lot. Sat down to wait. Was told to leave as no one could wait there. Asked if I should wait in my car. Told to reschedule and I could rent a car while they worked on mine. I drove an hr. to get there. I am never going back.

They do great, quality work everytime. I'm happy there is a place close to my house that works on luxury vehicles. Automotive Perfection has definitely been helpful and flexible when we were in a bind. Will continue to take my bmw and future cars there. Thank you!
