I have not experienced an independent automotive service/repair facility of such excellent caliber in all aspects of performance and customer service. First time here and had a great experience! Beth was great at explaining all that needed to be done. Wanted to meet Bill the owner as well, because of only heard good things about him and his service on imports! Great job gang, much appreciate your quick service to install a new backup camera and fitting in a request for a last minute oil change!

Great service , great communication, I called there and spoke with Beth , I thought I had a serious issue with my bmw , but with the knowledge and familiarity this shop has with European vehicles they assured it wasn’t as bad as thought it be, Bill the owner also got on the phone and broke down the technical jib jab so that I can understand.
