They went out of their way to cancel an order and send a substitute item and get it to me in 2 days! All was done by email. Beth is the best!
Absolutely terrible customer service. "Luke," chose to berate me and question me as to why I would inquire about a tool's color since I am colorblind and it "shouldn't matter anyway." As I explained in a response back, color DOES matter to me for tool retrieval on an assembly line with other associates beside me so I am not mistakenly grabbing their equipment. Horrible non-existed customer service reps called Anna and Beth. They need to be terminated because they offered absolutely no customer service after shipping my order to the wrong address. Their BBB rating is a D. Buyer beware!
