I bought a car 2 months ago and I have not gotten Texas plates nor my car title and it’s really irritating I don’t recommend buying from here our time isn’t valued to them and my paper plates are about to expire next week and they are not doing nothing about it. I would love to put a 0 star. Also I have just seen the car pictures and I see the car I bought and I have noticed that they removed parts out of the car before selling it.
Poor service. I bought a car from them. Pre owned Honda FIt 2009. They sold me a rebuild title car but never mentioned it. They have taken more than 2 months to transfer the title in my name. Poor post sales service, I can never communicate with them over phone. I had to drive to them to get updste about my title. I had to rate one star becsuse there is no option to mark 0 star.
