Never received my item, these people can't even tell me who shipped it???? Fake, fake, fake...I want my refund...stop asking if I will accept 30,40,50% back as a partial refund... you are scammers..

Purchased a U-Scope a while back. 6 months after I bought it, I had an issue with losing connection on my test leads intermittently. Seemed like a broken solder connection inside the U-Scope. Called them up and they were happy to fix it at no charge! Been working great ever since.
Every time I have used this. I have been blown away by the customer service I always get. And price is always better then any other reputable dealer. Can not say enough good thing about AES wave. Keep up the good work!
